Gossip...to prate...to chat...to run about and tattle...to tell idle tales...
Proverbs 21:23...He who guards his mouth and his tongue keeps himself from trouble.

Leviticus 19:16a...You shall not go up and down as a dispenser of gossip and scandal among your people...
